Signature Capture (Beta)

Signature Capture enables organizations to collect a cardholder's signature during the photo submission process. Please note that you can only automate the downloading of captured signatures by using our downloader tool.

How to configure Signature Capture

To enable Signature Capture:

1. Navigate to your organization settings and administer
2. Go down to Photo Settings
3. Click "Add supporting document type"
4. Under submission mode, select "DRAW"
