Find an Existing User

If you need to find an existing user in RemotePhoto, just follow these 3 easy steps.

  1. Navigate to the People page.
  2. Enter part of one of the cardholder's identifiers (i.e. email, ID Number, Name, etc.)
  3. Click on the desired cardholder from the results.
