Bulk Approve and Deny Functionality

Bulk Approve

This feature is integrated directly into the pending tab under people. It is a super easy way to approve all photos sitting in the pending tab.

How to:

1. Go to People > Pending

2. Click the square checkbox shown below

3. Select the "Approve Selected Photos" button

Once you click this button, all selected photos will be approved.

Bulk Deny

Bulk Deny is indirectly available through our auto deny feature. This feature (if requested to be turned on) uses our AI to give photos a satisfaction score. If the satisfaction score falls below a certain threshold, the photo will be auto-denied. This feature helps the card office sift through large amounts of ID photos without having to get eyes on every single one. The thresholds can be fine-tuned to ensure no "approvable" photos get denied unnecessarily.

For example, if you were to upload a photo of a goldfish, you would get an auto-denial email in real time. Notice that there is a reason for denial listed — this gives the cardholder a better idea of what to fix in their next upload attempt:
