Guide to Quicksight Reports
There are three tabs located within the Quicksight Summary Report:
- KPIs
- People Data
- Current Photo Report
- Cardholders
- Beta
This guide will help explain each tab and each column that you can find in the report.
- KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Active Cardholders
- Amount of cardholders within your organization that have been active in the past year
- Approved Photos
- Amount of approved photos within your organization within the past year
- Denied Photos
- Amount of denied photos within your organization within the past year
- Approved & Denied Photos by Month
- Visual chart to show how many approved / denied photos each month
- Work Months Saved
- Metric of how many ID office worker hours were saved by online photo submission approval (rather than having to take photos in person). Each photo works out to 2 minutes of office work saved minus a small amount for each photo denied.
- Student Semesters Saved
- Metric of how much student time was saved by submitting photos online assuming a student saves 15 minutes of by uploading their photo online instead of standing in line (based off a semester of 75 class days, which are each 8 long)
- Photo Status by Person
- Chart showing user’s photo status
- Photo Submissions
- How many photos have been submitted in your organization
- People with Photos
- How many users have a photo in their record
- First Photo Approval
- How many photos were approved with the first submission
- Invite Response Rate
- What percentage of invitation emails resulted in a photo being submitted
- HelperBot Classifications
- Chart to show how HelperBot has classified the submitted photos

- person_id
- This is the unique, RemotePhoto database ID that each person (regardless of org) has. It allows information to be mapped to a specific person on each table.

- Counts the total number of office user password reset emails sent.
- Last Password Reset (Office Users)
- Last time an office user password reset email was sent out.

- Displays all active users
- Total Cardholders (not archived)
- Displays the numbers of active users
- All_Cardholders_Not_Archived
- This is where you can filter the not archived users
You can use this feature to generate a list of active users.
