Auto-Deny if Supporting Document is Not Present
RemotePhoto Butler can auto-deny a photo submission if the required Supporting Documents are not submitted. Enable this feature by following the steps below (Super Directors only) or contact your support team for assistance!
1. Go to the Photo Settings tab.

2. Find the "Supporting Document Type" section and click on the supporting document you would like to require.

3. Check the "Required" checkbox. (see photo below)
4. Fill out the "Denial reason text." This is what the cardholder will see when they receive their Denial Email.

5. Don't forget to hit Save!
