Supporting Documents

Some organizations require the submission of supporting documents for ID verification purposes, i.e. government issued identification. We are happy to say that RemotePhoto fully supports this type of capability. It's extremely easy to turn this feature on for your organization.

Facial Comparison Confidence

This feature compares the photo the cardholder submits to the photo displayed on the submitted government issued supporting document. This ensures that cardholders submit their own government ID.

ID Document Confidence

This feature examines the text and content of the ID to make sure that it legitimate. While checking for authenticity it reads the text and displays it for the card office under the supporting document in the people tab as seen below.
