Supporting Documents

Some organizations require the submission of supporting documents for ID verification purposes, i.e., government-issued identification. RemotePhoto fully supports this type of capability. Below is a full video explanation of how to easily turn on this feature for your organization:

Facial Comparison Confidence

Facial comparison confidence compares the photo the cardholder submits to the photo displayed on the submitted government issued ID. This ensures that cardholders are submitting their own government ID.


ID Document Confidence

ID Document Confidence examines the text and content of the ID to make sure it's legitimate. While checking for authenticity, the ID text is read and then displayed under the supporting document in the people tab (as seen below). This allows for easier review by the card office if necessary.
