How to Download Photos

So you've sent out your email invites, received cardholder ID photos, approved/denied those photos - now what? It's time to download those photos and create the ID cards!

Start by approving one or more photos (click here if you need more info on approving photos).


Click on the "Approved" tab at the top of the pending page

Click the "Download Photos" button, which will start the download


Depending on your organizational settings, the photos will download either:

  • as a zip file to the computer that you are using, or
  • directly to your Campus Card system, i.e. BbTS, DataCard, etc.
