How to Download Photos

So you have sent out your email invites, received cardholder ID photos, approved/denied those photos - now what? Now you can download those photos in order to create the ID cards! Start by approving one or more photos (click here for more info on approving photos).

Click on the "Approved" tab at the top of the pending page

Click the "Download Photos" button, which will start the download


Depending on your organizational settings, the photos will download either:

  • as a zip file to the computer that you are using, or
  • directly to your Campus Card system, i.e. BbTS, DataCard, etc. (click here for more info on downloader)
