How to Assign User Roles
You may want to assign different roles to your organization's Card Office team. You can find an explanation of the abilities each role carries here RemotePhoto User Roles. To assign team members a role within RemotePhoto, follow the steps below.
1. Click on the People Tab on the left column.
2. Search for the user you would like to assign a role.
3. Click on that user's account.
4. Click on the user roles that you would like to assign to this user.
5. Don't forget to click save!
