Helper Bot Settings Moved

As part of the new HelperBot Explainability features, we made some changes to the HelperBot and Photo Settings which are scheduled to roll out with the release of 24.11.22 on 12/15/2024.

These settings are visible and adjustable to those with Super Director roles, and visible but not adjustable to those with Director assigned roles.

In the Organization Settings, HelperBot and Photo Settings have been combined to >Photo & HelperBot Settings.

In the >Photo & HelperBot Settings, you will find in order from the top:

  • Target Photo Dimensions
    • This is the relationship between the width and the height of the photograph. You can set the desired size and dimension from the drop down list.
  • Minimum Photo Resolution
    • The minimum acceptable photo resolution that is accepted for submission.
  • Photo Submission Mode
    • Can choose whether you want the cardholder to submit photos via live capture or upload (or both).

The ability to add supporting documents should your organization desire.

The adjustable Cropping (Space Above the Head and the Zoom Level) feature, and the activation to Allow Unconstrained Cropping.

Photo Requirements which outline actions like cropping, background changes, and criteria for acceptable photos.

The Other Photo Settings section previously included options for automatic approval and denial, as well as customizable thresholds. These features have been deprecated (moved and expanded is probably a better description) because HelperBot Explainability will soon provide more precise thresholds for auto approval and denial. The deprecated settings are crossed out and now link to this document. Note that these settings will be fully removed in a future release.

This is just covering the move of the settings. Click here to learn more about HelperBots new explainability powers. These updates aim to streamline settings and prepare for future enhancements. Upcoming releases will introduce labels and classifiers designed to improve HelperBot's explainability and functionality for the user.
